Location: Fontana, CA 
 

Scope/ size: Roofing, sheet metal and solar installations on 56 one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 2,100 square feet to 2,900 square feet.
 

On each home installed a 2.3 kW BIPV system, fully integrated. Every home was also prewired to expand to an optional 4.6 kW system.
 

Description: First entirely “Green Community” in California’s Inland Empire." All homes exceed Title 24 standards by 15 percent.
