Scope/size: 8000-square foot custom home located in the Anthem subdivision. Project involved a mix of Two Piece Clay tile, walking deck waterproofing and copper Tee-Panel domes and turrets.

Description: Installed two piece clay tile over two layers #30 ASTM underlayment boosted 25 percent with mortar, Pli-Dek waterproof traffic coat system with knockdown texture at exterior walking deck surfaces, 16-oz. real copper Tee-Panel metal roofing system over ice and water shield at domes and turrets.

Challenges: Getting materials loaded and cleaned off at rear sections of roof and installing tile on three-story tower with no equipment access to rear of structure. Perimeter walls were erected prior to start of construction. Fabricating and installing the copper Tee-Panel roof system on domes that were originally designed and framed for prefabricated dome systems.
